Raw Avocado/Almond Spread

Easy!!!!!

For one person, you need:

1/2 avocado
1 cup sprouted grains
1 Tbs almond butter
1 pinch sea salt


Just put everything in the mixer, vroooooooooooooooom vrooooooooooooooooom.

Enjoy with raw essene bread!
