Day 9 - Back on 100% Raw Track :o)

Hello my friends!

After a week end where raw was not the main word, I am back on track!




Luckily, my skin still looks great!

Breakfast: raw cereals with almond milk

Lunch: 1 cup of sprouted soy beans with raw pesto and olive oil and broccoli. 1 small raw fruit bar (yummy :o)

Still waiting for my delivery from eatraw.com...seems it is being shipped from New York by boat!

Did some yoga this morning...life feels wonderful!

I am going to ask my belove Raw Food Diet Coach for some cool raw recipes to share with you!
