Day 13 - Vitamin B12? where can I find it?

Dear friends,

All is well in the raw food world!





Lunch yesterday: essene raw bread with pesto and another slice with raw almond butter, a raw bar + 1 cup sprouted buckwheat with pesto (walnut cilantro)

Snack: an apple and a pomegranate

Dinner: not raw: grilled chicken and raw salad mix with pistachios.

I am too afraid of lacking the critical B12 which from what I know is only found in animal products.
However, I just read today 2 studies about the possibility to find B12 in sea weeds and maybe in unscrubbed veggies (seems that soil containsB12 as well). Once I find more supporting evidence, I will share it with you.

Breakfast: raw cereals and almond milk. No juice! I was too lazy to juice anything (night was too short!)

Lunch: cucumbers, tomatoes and mushrooms + banana+strawberry smoothie

Snack: grapes, canteloupe, pistachios...and then Halloween Parade: 3 thin slices of home made cake (could not resist :o)


Yoga 30 minutes
Walk: 30 minutes
